Our natural walling that we quarry is very hard, making it resistant to frost, and water, and so it will endure the test of time, whether it be below damp course, in streams, or in exposed locations.

It is rich in colours, with browns, greys, buffs, and greens, as well as embedded fossils from the Jurassic period.  The textures, and shapes are varied, creating a further level of interest.  

Our stone has been quarried on the Estate for hundreds of years.  The stone has stood the test of time with its extraordinary marble like qualities, ease of handling, and beauty.

Our quarry has been operating since 1998 producing premium stone for builders, landscapers, and stone masons.  The stone is ideal for building and the landscaping of country houses, cottages, creating walls that blend the house into the landscape.
